What do you get for going out late on a weekday night?

Aside from the fact that you'll go to work feeling sleepy, you just might not be able to go to work because you lack sleep. Case in point, carrots who instead of being at work by now is still at home. Looks like she won't be coming to work today. *shakes head at carrots*

After much discussion on what time to meet and who will be coming or not, we got to watch Love Actually last night with the 5(kulit,carrots, ja, and angela, who btw i'm betting is late for work as well) of us girls in complete attendance (doesn't usually happen).

One thing about movies is that they give us that escapist experience. And Love Actually is one good escapist movie. A movie that has it's story centered on love and set on a season (Christmas) wherein people say we should give love. Has a smorgasbord of love stories- innocent, funny, and bittersweet (not only romantic ones) intertwined and with the characters being connected one way or the other. One good point is that it did not show that all love stories have happy endings. Another good point, it's message being, "love actually is all around" [cue in "Love is All Around" not by Wet Wet Wet, but by Billy Mack" LOL].

I'm not much of a romance movie fan (except when it's Korean) but this is one movie that could go in my favorite list under the said category. Go watch it!
