there's a korean movie that's earning good reviews lately after the director won at Cannes. even the famous Quentin Tarantino was impressed and there are news that there's gonna be a Hollywood remake for it (gah!!!).
i'm intrigued that i want to buy a dvd pretty soob but seeing pictures of the scenes are making me think twice. i may have had the guts to watch Kill Bill but i'm not sure if i will be able to handle this.
and in other news,
i went window shopping last night. dropped by powerbooks and not a single book caught my fancy. really really weird. headed towards that store that sells korean items and saw that it's gone kaput. they closed shop and i wonder when. too bad for me and those who frequent that store. :(
