I forgot how boring I am.

If it's not books I am talking about, it's movies I'm writing about. (and sometimes music that most people aren't listening to). Why can't I be like some fashionistas out there (think: Celine Lopez) or be a party god (think: tim yap) or or... or anyone who doesn't live like me?

Pero ok lang, less headaches even.

Basta alam ko, ang new year's resolution ko: Stop nail biting!

anong connect? wala... hahaha just wanted to make a 4th post for the day *winks at kulit*

For 5 days, I acted like a bum. I didn't even help out during the media noche preparation. I was there, glued to the tv and slouching on the sofa. (Hah! We got destiny cable already!)

Another round of movies I got to watch.

Genre: Comedy/Crime
Where was I when this was shown??? Don't be fooled by my question though. Some sites say that this movie's genre is drama. Did I just miss something? But I don't think there was anything dramatic in that movie. Although it has Nicholas Cage in it, d ko pa din sya type. Nothing really new to offer.

Genre: Romance/Drama (Korean)
Go see the synopsis here. I'm loving Korean movies now. I'm awed by how their writers think. They may tend to not realistic at times anymore, but that's why it's a movie right? Anything can happen. Too dramatic for me though. And to showcase it's dramatic mood, the movie became a little bit dragging. Just the same, it's worth watching.

Genre: Romance/Drama (Korean)
Yet another Korean movie. (synopsis here) This one I loved as much as I loved My Sassy Girl and The Classic. The guy who lent it to me didn't like this much (instead he liked Il Mare more). I guess it's just me being weird again, or it could be because the movie started with comedic situations that eventually led to heartbreaking scenes (yes, I'm a sucker for those). (I really think I ought to be in some Asian Studies course or something).

Genre: Comedy
First installment's always better. I can't say the first movie merits an award or something because the movie was shallow. This sequel is mas shallow. (read story here) But I bought original copy of this because I crush Daniel Wu. Haha.

Genre: Animation
Need I say more? It's not a Disney movie but I so like/love this one. It's so funny that I keep on watching it over and over.

Yep, there was not a single book that I read during the holidays.

Should I or should I not?

1. Kulit informed me a week ago that new users of LJ do not need the codes. And I'm thinking of moving from here to there. New year, new blog? Hmm...

2. I met one of my neighbors over the holiday season. Learned that she's working in Makati as well and she's staying in a dorm somewhere in Zapote. Rent's just P1,500. Not bad. She's asking me if I wanna join her (and her dorm-mates). Another thing to think about. Now, do I wanna be independent and live in a dorm already? I know I'm not getting any better but... but... Bah! I'll have to think about this...

I am back in civilization! Woohoo! (although it means back to work once again :S)

I missed my blog [insert sniffs here]. But it somehow paved the way for me to reunite with my long-forgotten-and-neglected journal. I was surprised when I opened my journal (last Dec. 24 i think) and found out that my last entry was dated September 16. Two months! I wasn't writing in that small journal for two months?? It sucks knowing I've been too preoccupied with stuff (and some of them are not even that important) to actually miss out on pouring out my thoughts and feelings on my journal. But I fixed that already.

While I was at it, I, for the nth time, re-read my 1st ever journal. I don't know was it with that one that I keep on re-reading it. Maybe it reminds me or my most "tanga" stage in my life. If you could only read it, you'll see how "attached" i was to this guy back in college. And speaking of him, I received an SMS from him on New Year's day:

jst keep in touch {my name here], take care of urself ha. Hapy new yr. M sory kung masama na ko

I wasn't sure what he meant by that last line. What did he mean masama na sya? I would have understood him if he said: M sory kung naging masama ako dati. Oh well. I didn't reply anymore to ask what it's about, just to be on the safe side. I'm not sure if he meant it when he said i keep in touch.

Wow... just look at how he managed to creep into this post when i was just talking about my journals. Tsk tsk...
