I'm writing now before second thoughts start creeping in. You know how I am when it comes to letters, so you better make darn sure that I won't hear a single remark about this, ok? Anyway, I wanna bash those people who have asked you that question and are still thinking about it. But it's just natural, I suppose... Chalk it up again to the "nature" of men.

I'm just thankful to God too for our relationship. I want to thank you too for being the sister that you are; for tolerating my "kajologan" and not divulging it to anyone else; for figuratively and sometimes literally knocking some sense in me especially when I'm in my "worry-wart" persona; for standing up for me ever since we were kids, until now. You always landed yourself in for more trouble because of that. Thank you, thank you for a whole lot more reasons.

While other people seem to rant about their older siblings. I, most of the time, could not sympathize with them (note: most of the time). You have been such a blessing.

Oh, and when that time comes, the time that you're fearing. I'll miss you too. By the way, is it death or marriage you were talking about? If it's marriage, I believe I'll be resenting the presence of that man in your life for quite some time. If it's death, don't think too much about it. It should be a happy celebration.

Love you chie. Having you for a sister is certainly one of God's great manifestations of His love and goodness to me.

my sister's response to my letter before her graduation last April

On my way to the office, I saw the guy I like inside one of the elevators. It follows that I'd prefer to ride in the same elevator where he was, right? I could squeeze myself in, but I didn't want a scene where the overload alarm would sound off and I'd be forced to step out.

A missed opportunity once again.

So far, there had only been 3 incidents when we actually got to be close to each other, although I see him everyday (he's a trainee here). Pang-apat na sana ito!

Tsk, sayang.

FX Blues

I spent the whole fx ride hearing the person beside me text, with her freaking keypad tone turned ON. You could just imagine how many *toot toot* i was hearing all the way from my place to here, and she was texting in looong messages pa.

I was trying to concentrate on listening to the radio instead, thinking I could drown that irritating sound in my head. And then there comes this really annoying radio ad about PLDT Hype wherein the guy was talking in a really fast and hyper manner.

I wanted so badly to get down from the fx and walk but decided otherwise. It's just 5 more minutes and goodbye to that freaking cellphone and radio for me.

conversations still

At Dulcinea weeks ago:

me: Kapag malaki na naipon ko, magpapa-augment ako ng boobs.
carrots: ano ka ba jean?
kulit: *rolls her eyes* Hindi ako naniniwala.
me: *laughing* bakit naman?

I've been kidding them lately about me having breast augmentation. Seriously though, I just wanted to see their reaction, see if they'd believe me or not.

But nah, I'm pretty much happy with my body right now... Big boobs or not.

Somewhere in Makati:

Ooookkkkkk.....

Just my luck. I wasn't able to watch the final episode of Amazing Race 4. Not that I was cheering for a particular team anyway. But still...

My sister informed me it was the gay couple who won. Sigh... I was hoping it would be David and Jeff. Pwede na din. At least it wasn't those irritating couple.
