one tree hill obssession

• i'm getting annoyed that i can't find the transcript for next week's episode (this is what i usually do, read the transcript and then anticipate seeing it on tv).



• i am more attached to the show now that i'm seeing nathan with haley already. and from last night's ep, i know it's mid-week (not yet time for my quotes of the week) but i just have to post this:

i may be tied up with work these past few days (leaving the office not earlier than 11pm) but i still try to keep my fridays free for meet-ups with the girls. my project leaders (past and present) know that they can swamp me with loads of work from monday to thursday but not on a friday.

last friday, i went to have dinner with kulit and angela (supposedly, we were to watch a manila filmfest entry). we were having this conversation about our personalities and i don't exactly remember how she said it but it was something like: "inter-related rin naman talaga yung interests natin e". And then i thought how we like same stuff and at the same time don't like them.

so, let's see. Three of us share a love for books. I am into contemporary lit, kulit is into fantasy & suspense/thrillers, carrots is into chick lit (we're all into chick lits one way or the other but not like carrots). We are music fans. But our interests on the type of music differ as well. Kulit and carrots can talk about rock artists/bands but not with me (they all know how i am into pop music). All five of us are movie addicts (but while some of them can enjoy watching horror movies, I don't). Me and kulit loves foreign countries, except that she has her eyes set on Europe, I, on Asia. When it comesAnd then, we're all kikay in our own ways. Ja, kulit, and carrots can share wrestling conversations (I am really clueless when it comes to this). But you can always depend on Angela for beauty tips, etc (plus venues to have your body massaged or your nails done).

in short, we all have common interests except that our types vary which makes it all fun and educational for all of us. It's like we always learn something from each other when it comes to different topics. It is also for this reason that we can spend hours in a resto just dining and talking incessantly - jumping from one shallow conversation to a serious one.

i don't think there'll ever be any dull moment with these girls.

Second time in a row that I'm gonna miss OTH episode. ARGHHHHHHH!!!!! Iinis talaga ako. Sobra. I wanna go home and watch. Ayoko na mag-code. Alam ko kelangan na 'to matapos today pero d na gumagana utak ko e.

Hindi ko napanood yung replay nung last week's episode dahil nag-OT ako nung saturday at late na nakauwi. Inaantok na ko ng sunday ng gabi pero pinilit kong magising hanggang 1 ng umaga para panoorin yung replay uli. Pero ayun, nung nag commercial, naidlip ako. Pag gising ko, last scene na ng episode. Bad trip talaga. Hanggang paggising ko naiinis ako. Nasayang oras ko na nag-antay, hindi ko rin naman napanood.

Eto na naman ngayon. Malabong mapanood ko sa sabado dahil wala ako. Pipilitin ko na naman ng linggo.

we haven't been hearing from my lolo's (dad's side) second family for some time. and when we did, it wasn't even a good news. my step uncle just passed away. he was just 27 years old. i never had the chance to have that uncle relationship with him even for a moment. there goes my dad's surname as well, putol na ang lim sa amin. but then, found out from step lola that he converted before he actually died. I guess it was just in time that He took him home already.

nagpacheck up ako ng mata nung sabado. parang bigla akong nanlumo ng pinapabasa na ako at ang left eye ko lang ang gagamitin ko. wala akong mabasa kahit isa. blurry ang mga letra. ganon na pala talaga ka-dependent ang mata ko sa partner nya. mukhang malabo na ngang mag-20/20 vision pa ako. unless mag-pa lasik na nga ako.

there were two people who celebrated their birthdays yesterday and one will tomorrow. i'm gonna go post my letters to the three of them all at the same time since i didn't/don't have much time in my hands this week.

Do you know what I like when i write birthday greetings? It's that I get an opportunity to write my thank yous to the celebrant. Why during birthdays? Not really sure, but somehow I feel like it's during these days that you let the person know what you've been to them for the past few days or months (if you recently knew each other) or years (if you've been friends for long).
